HELP CENTER

You asked, we answered

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

Select your frame size and color on my website. Please let me know what design style you prefer. If you are planning to have your bouquet shipped to me, I will send shipping info. If you are local, message me to set up a date and time to drop off your flowers in Palmyra. Once your flowers are dry, I will send over a mock up design for approval. This is your chance to make any changes to the design before I glue the flowers to the glass. (please respond in a timely manner to help me keep production times quick. Delayed responses will result in slower turn around times.)

WILL MY FLOWERS CHANGE COLOR OR FADE?

Some flowers will change color a bit during the pressing process. Some flowers will fade while others will deepen in color. Light pink and white flowers will often fade to cream and red will often deepen to a maroon color. Natural flowers will fade a bit over time due to the fact that they are real flowers. Once your frame is finished, I suggest keeping it out of sunlight and in a temperature controlled room with low humidity to help preserve the natural color of your flowers.

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU NEED THE FLOWERS?

ASAP! The sooner I can start pressing your flowers, the better they will look! I can press flowers that are several days old, but they will not press as well as fresh flowers. Keep your flowers in water until you can get them to me!

CAN YOU PRESS ARTIFICIAL OR WOOD FLOWERS?

Unfortunately, I can only press real flowers. Artificial flowers are too thick to fit between the two sheets of glass.
